How to start an order
We keep it simple: pick your blanks from our trusted wholesalers, send us the details, and we handle the stitching from there.
1. Choose your blanks
Start by browsing our three trusted vendors and picking what you want:
S&S Activewear
– everyday apparel like tees, hoodies, crewnecks, workwear and more.
SanMar
– premium brands such as Nike, OGIO, Sport-Tek, and corporate-style polos & outerwear.
OTTO
– hats, beanies, snapbacks and headwear that take embroidery beautifully.
2. Send us the details
Once you’ve picked a few items, copy and paste this into a text or email and fill in what you know:
- Wholesaler: S&S / SanMar / OTTO
- Item # or link: (example: “S&S 3001CVC” or a product link)
- Color:
- Sizes & quantities: (example: 10× M, 5× L, 3× XL)
- Logo: attach a picture/file if you have one, or tell us the text you want
- Logo placement: (hat front, left chest, sleeve, back, etc.)
- Need-by date: (event date or deadline)
- Anything extra: (names, numbers, special notes, rough budget, etc.)
3. Approve & stitch
We’ll review your info and get back to you as soon as possible with any quick follow-up questions and clear pricing so we can offer the best value for your project. If needed, we’ll prepare a mockup so you can see placement before we stitch. Rush orders are often possible depending on job size and whether artwork needs to be digitized. Once you give the thumbs up, we run your order, double-check the details, and get everything ready for pickup or shipping.
